We've spent a bit of time in the Pavilion Gardens. We all had a picnic there on Sunday.
Aftewards, Jackson had some chocolate ice cream then headbanged to a teenage emo band singing about anarchy as part of the Festival's free outdoor street events.
On Tuesday, Jackson had an al fresco lunch with Mama and a friend, then Daddy joined Mama and Jackson for some relaxing on the grass in the Pavillion Gardens.
On Thursday, Mama and Jackson spent the afternoon in Queen's Park, near our house.
Here's very blurry video of the event:
Finally, Jackson got to go on the swings for the first time! FUN!!

Hi, Big Boy Jackson!
What fun you and Mama and Daddy had in the Pavilion Grounds! You look right at home with the Pavillion in the background. It suits you.
And you were having a hard time choosing between the skater and the seagull in Queens, weren't you?
Imagine how frightened Grandaddy was to see you in a big boy swing! I'm afraid you'll be running the streets by the time we get to see you!
See you on Wednesday!
Love,
Grandaddy
Such a big boy you are, Jackson! I think you've gotten the knack for swings. Can't wait to see you soon. LOVE, NoNaMe
